I am on my department's DUI Traffic Enforcement Unit squad. We don't
have a traffic unit patch but I have my department's shoulder patches to
trade. I have new and used current issues and three different prior issues.
The prior issues are all used but in great shape. Scans always available

Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. I collect the following special
